Privacy & safety
- Accounts are created and controlled by adults only.
- We only use your child's first name or a nickname — never surname, school, address, location or birthday publicly.
- No child profiles are public or indexed by search engines.
- We never sell children's data or profile them for advertising.
Photo policy
Uploaded photos are used only to create your child's private character. Originals are never displayed publicly. You can view, replace or request deletion at any time. Public episode participation and marketing use each need their own separate consent.

Is this a speech therapy programme?
No. Sasha is entertainment that celebrates communication. It does not diagnose or treat any speech or developmental condition. If you have concerns, please speak to a qualified professional.
Is my child's photo public?
Never by default. Photos and characters stay private unless you give separate, specific permission — and even then our team reviews every request.
Can children message each other?
No. There is no chat, messaging, comments or followers anywhere.
Are there adverts in the games?
No adverts, no loot boxes and no gambling-style mechanics.
